Well well. After more than 2 months of being inactive, here's a new post!!! 'HURRAY!', and the world rejoices. =p

Anyway, since my last post, prom night has passed, been working, mahjong-ing, and my good friends are mostly in NS now. How sad.. BUT, there's always a silver lining! After a 4 day work stint with OSRAM, I got a job as a relief teacher! Yea yea, ME. A relief teacher. Its a fact, face it. Took over Mr Benny Lim to teach chemistry at Kranji Sec! Funny, I vividly remember entering Math, English, and Physics as preferred subjects. Oh well.

So, today's my last day there. Sadly, I have no lessons to teach. =( Which explains why I am blogging. Anyway, it has been a really fun 2 week at Kranji. The sec 2s were great, sec 3s wonderful, and sec 4s... Well, boring. The sec 2s were fun to teach. But are seriously noisy. Honestly, I think I need a loudspeaker going into their classes. Sec 3s, enjoyed teaching them the most. Not noisy, tries the questions I give them, and asks proper questions. Perhaps the sec 2s will become more mature next yr. Then it'll be even more pleasureable to teach them.

As it was my first experience in teaching, I obviously didn't do that much of a good job. And it didn't help that they've finished their intended syllabus for that term. Which means that I have nothing to teach! Just plain revision. Zzz. However, I taught Alkanes and Alkenes to the sec 4s, which were meant to be taught later, and went on to naming ionic compounds and balancing equations for the sec 3s. Which were also meant to be taught at a later date. As for the sec 2s, I spend a quarter of the lesson trying to get them to listen, another quarter to stop their nonsense, and yet another quarter trying to get my message across. But still, it was fun. LOL. Especially 2F. They're more responsive, although they respond to the wrong stuff. Really noisy, but friendly at the same time. Ah well. There's always a good and bad side to things. Principle of duality.

OKAY! I shall go indulge myself in much needed sleep! And OH! Arsenal beat Newcastle 3 0! Splendid strike by Flamini. Simply amazing. Okok, I'm gone.
