I have officially lost my voice. Despite my severe sore throat, I still went ahead to perform with the Choir. Really missed singing in a group, and I savoured every moment of it. I was unable to give my best though. Couldn't project my voice at all. And after the performance, I totally lost my voice. But I dun regret singing with them! =D And oh ya! I really LOVE the Choir T-shirts. The back of the T-shirts read - Everything else is just... Noise. We make you wanna , <<<, and > again and again. LOL. Btw, is the square (stop), <<<> is the triangle (play). Cool right? Can't wait to get mine.
Then the class booth was okay. Nothing fanciful, and not shabby. Its normal, but the food we provide, a hint of heaven. Haha! Maybe that's abit exagerrating, but who cares?! Ong Teh bought like 6 sticks of malt candy frm us. Then Angela was like, are you sure? The money not for charity, goes to our class fund leh! Lol. But Ong Teh bought them anyway. Then he distributed the candy. Haha. Took like so damn long to finish it. Like, half an hour. Omg. And I had to BITE it to finish it in half an hour. So darn sweet. Haha. Didn't really help out at the class booth. But I did try to bring customers over.. I think we made a profit bah. Considering that the cost price is only $10. -.-
Time at the Strategic Gaming Club was also damn fun. Played 2 games. One against Sam they all. Totally thrashed. Lost form le. Too long nv play. But played with visitors the other time round. I was the only JC student in that game. Totally owned then. My team members had like one whole BIG group of friends with them. Then they were very nice lor. Even though we lost due to a lame FT Backdoor, which is illegal, we were all very happy. Sad though, I didn't get the chance to properly introduce myself to them. They had quite a few attractive gals with them. Haha. Oh! Speaking of which, DAMN! Of all days to get a sore throat. There are like, SO MANY attractive gals in PJ today. There was this gal, no, 2 gals. They came into the com lab to see us play. Then they were really chio lor. Esp the girl, she was wearing a blue and white horizontally striped sleeveless top, and a pair of short shorts. Then her hair was reborned, layered, and pinned up on one side. OMG lor. So damn chio. I kept looking at her, then Ong Teh, who was sitting beside me, exclaimed, 'Oei! Stop bio-ing (pronounced as beo-ing, means sneakily looking at) chio bu lar!'. So embarassing. Then the gal looked up and stared at me. I was at a lost at what to do, so I just smiled and nodded my head. Then she smiled back and continued spectating. Argh. Damn Ong.
Well, as I had to give out flyers for the Choir, I couldn't charm gals with my rusty voice. Argh. As said before, of all days to get a sore throat, it has to be today.
Met Karen at the MRT station on the way home. She thought my faint, rusty voice is my normal voice. -.- Then when I told her i had a sore throat, she was like so concerned. Haha. Oh ya! She was really amazed by the fact that my dear is a year older than me. This was how the conversation somewhat went: (K for karen, D for me!)
K: *peering at my ring* You have a girlfriend?
D: Yep
K: Is she in your class?
D: No, she's in SA
K: Then did she come today?
D: Er, she's J2.
K: *shocked* How old are you? <- i was like to surprised by this question. She's so funny.
D: *trying to stiffle my laughter* I'm the same age as you. Which means, she's a year older than us.
K: *really surprised* OH! Wow! Thats good.. No, I mean, thats nice, NONO! I meant, thats amazing...
D: *interupting her* Haha.. Yep, it's kinda nice to have such a girlfriend.
Then we reached her stop. So we said goodbye and she left the train. She's like so funny lar. The way she thinks and expresses herself.
Now, I'm very scared I'll retain. I want to be promoted. At least I'll be given a choice. Haiz.. It's really nice to know what type of friends you have. Haha.. I can't wish for a better class than 06S07.
