Smoking. It can do some serious damage to the body. Despite the constant reminders, people are still smoking. I went to 514 to try out the new court with JW today. DIsappointed to see that after a mere week of play, the nets are already gone. And it was our first time stepping onto the court.

We met this group of youth. Around sec 2, 3. Played ball with them. There were two girls who were rather cute too. But those 2 didn't play. They just sat on the benches watching. They were wearing the school uniforms of AES and Fajar. Don't know about the rest. Anyway, there was this group of youngters smoking at the other end of the court. Both me and JW recognized one of them as a Kranjian. Still in Kranji. And he was smoking. Opposite our sec sch, he was smoking. The people he hung around with, at a glance, it can be told that they're bad influence. Smokers, tattoos all over, dyed hair, coarse language. They seemed to be those sort of hopeless cases. So their underaged smoking didn't really affect me.

But then, one of the gals we were playing bball with (not the 2 who were sitting) brought 3 or 4 sticks of cigarettes. And she was like so excited. Then they exclaimed, in mandrin, 'Why so little? We share ar?'. And to my surprise, those kids (i use the term 'kids' as their actions are so imature and they're only like, 14, 15?) actually lit the cigarettes and started to smoke. The 2 cute gals didn't join them in smoking, but did not stop their friends either. It's heart wrenching to see young students like them throw their lives away. They're at least 3 years underage. While they were smoking, they were laughing and talking loudly. Not at all did they seem to know that they were doing something wrong. No, wrong is too mild a word. Disastrous. Tried talking to them, but my words fell on deaf ears. Sigh. I just hope the 2 gals don't get influenced by their friends and start smoking too. Even though it seems inevitable. Haiz.

On a brighter note, it is kinda intruiging to see a guy trying to win my gf over. No, it's not bad at all. In fact, its funny.

I accept all competition. By all means, go ahead. Try. But be warned, whoever tries to snatch her away, will have their hearts shattered into a gazillion pieces. When it comes to this, I pull the strings. And whoever the competitor may be, there's nothing you can do about it. Try as you might to break our bond. But know that our love runs deeper than the deepest ocean and is wider than the sky. =p I'm not afriad of her leaving me because of another guy. I have faith in her. I believe that will never happen. On the contrary, it is me who is more likely to leave her for another girl. More likely! Not saying that i will. =x

Gotta go sleep. My parents are bugging me. I really, really, hate that. And they always use threats.
