Part 7

Nov 18. The last day of her exams. Nov 19, the day she agrred to go out with me. Before that, i was on a holiday. So that really helped me take wy[el] of my mind. She wanted to celebrate with her friends on the 18th. So i didn't wan to bother her. Just for the record, 18th Nov is also my birthday. Haha. Eventually, can't really remember why, but she ended up spending the afternoon with me on the 18th. Just for a short while. We had lunch together. Walked around, and simply enjoyed each other's company. On the 19th, we went out together, again. I really enjoy just spending my time with her. Without talking, withoutdoing anything. Just basking in her presence. Can't actually remember what we did. But i think we went to castch a movie or something. Or went out together with the 'gang'. Hmm.. Either way, the time was spent productively.

As it was after her O's, she came over to my place quite often. Teaching me and helping me to catch up with schoolwork. Note, it IS after the O's. I didn't really press her for an answer. I wanted to let her tell me when she's ready. So as usual, i dropped subtle hints. I got the answer i was waiting for on the 26th. Through MSN or SMS. Its more likely to be SMS. By then, she had been given a hp by her mother. Ah well. Who cares. She accepted! Naturally, i was overjoyed. The one year of waiting finally paid off. But that wasn't the end. It was just the start of a wonderful relationship. One full of ups and downs. One full of quarrels and make-ups. Yet, beautiful nonetheless.

The story doesn't end here. Its just the beginning. =D
